A New Breed of Center Console Catamaran

Representing a decisive step forward in performance center consoles, the 430 Tigress delivers the rough-water ride and stability of a catamaran without sacrificing the comfort of an overnight cabin with standing headroom. The innovative hull design effortlessly swallows up chop and swells, while the spacious interior offers plenty of room for entertaining and impresses with Statement’s signature style and attention to detail. And with your choice of Mercury power packages up to 2,000 hp and endless opportunities for customizations, the spec’ing your own Tigress is almost as much fun as getting behind the wheel.

Pioneering Hull Design

A completely original design, the 430 Tigress’ twin-stepped, asymmetrical catamaran hull delivers an exceptionally smooth rough water ride at any speed and leans predictably into turns like a V-bottom.

Aggressive lines and pronounced flare forward make her unmistakable on the water, while a carefully tuned level running attitude improves efficiency and comfort.

Want to Sleep Over?

A first among center console catamarans, the 430 Tigress features a midships cuddy cabin with stand-up headroom, large berth, abundant natural light, and a separate head compartment with sink and shower. Access is via sliding acrylic door in the console to port of the steering wheel. Air conditioning and a TV can be added for surprisingly comfortable overnight accommodations.

design highights

A first-generation departure from conventional center console design, the Tigress 430 is the result of a painstaking three-year development process in which nothing was taken for granted.

Three-Wide Cockpit Lounge

Although a number of helm-seating configurations are available — including a second row and cockpit-facing wet bar — most owners will opt for the huge, three-across aft lounge seat with folding armrests and cup holders. Thanks to the 430’s incredible ride quality, the lounge is comfortable at most speeds, even in chop. At the console, contoured bolster seats accommodate three more, while four seats line the transom — two on either side of a center walkthrough.

State-of-the-Art Helm Station

At the console, an expansive dash panel accommodates a pair of 22” displays with plenty of room left for a sliding cabin access door to port. Full digital switching and instrumentation provide a clean, minimalist look. An integrated acrylic windscreen with powder-coated aluminum frame blocks wind and spray, while innovative fiberglass “wings” can be folded out from either side of the helm station for added comfort at higher speeds.

Massive Arch-Style Hard Top

Among the 430’s most visually distinctive features is a massive, full-width molded hard top that provides plenty of mounting real estate for a variety of speaker sizes and styles. Mounting locations for LED spreader lights are molded in, and a large panel above the helm can accommodate flush-mounted VHF radios, audio head units and smaller MFDs. A retractable electric cockpit shade can be integrated into the aft edge.

Smart Storage Everywhere

Storage is everywhere on the 430, from convenient port and starboard dock line lockers in the forward gunnels (left) to two cavernous dry storage compartments and two well insulation coolers under the cockpit lounge seat (right). Under the deck are four monster lockers that can be used as general bulk storage or as fish boxes. At the transom, two more hatches access large compartments that can be as dry storage or plumbed as livewells.

Stand-up Head with Sink and Shower

A common complaint about catamarans is that they lack the interior volume required for a standup head. That’s not true of the 430, though, which features a spacious step-down compartment with marine toilet, freshwater sink and shower, a small window, and six feet of headroom. The interior is fully finished fiberlass with foam decking and is accessed via the same acrylic sliding access door as the cuddy cabin.

Your Choice of Mercury Power

The 430 Tigress’ incredible rough-water ride doesn’t come at the expense of speed. Any of three available Mercury power packages — quad 500Rs, quad Verado 400s, or twin Verado 600s — yields thrilling performance. Standard 600-gallon fuel tanks or optional 800-gallon tanks also provide plenty of range for multi-day runs.
