Fast, Fun, and Up for Anything
The 350 Open might be the smallest Statement, but that’s the only thing small about her.
With your choice of twin or triple outboard power, she’s big on performance. With a generous 10-foot beam, she’s big on interior space. And with myriad seating options and a roomy, enclosed head, she’s big on comfort.
Incredibly versatile, the 350 Open is just at home on a mountain lake as she is crossing to the Bahamas. Fortunately, with Statement’s endless design choices, you can design yours to perfectly match your own boating style.
Twin or Triple Power Options
Matched with one of several available twin or triple Mercury power packages, the 350 Open delivers thrilling top end performance and an efficient, comfortable cruise. Meanwhile, her generous 257-gallon fuel capacity delivers the range for even the longest runs.

Generous 10-foot Beam for Huge Interior Space
The 350 Open's full 10-foot beam translates to exceptional interior roominess for her class. Numerous seating configurations can comfortable accomodate a dozen (or more) of your closest friends, while cavernous storage lockers help keep the expansive decks clear. A large console door leads to a roomy head belowdecks with freshwater sink/shower and 6'5" of headroom.
High-End Right Out of the Box
Like all Statements, the 350 Open comes with a lengthy list of standard features. Sumptuous, contoured seating, high-end upholstery, a fully finished fiberglass hardtop, full LED interior and navigation lighting, and much more are included “out of the box.” Just spec your colors, electronics, and audio system and hit the water.
Enclosed Marine Head with Sink/Shower
Accessed via a large door on the front of the console, a fully finished fiberglass compartment conceals a private marine head and freshwater sink/shower. LED lighting, ample storage, 6'5" of headroom, and a holding tank with pumpout differentiate the 350 Open's head from the portable toilet in a cramped, unfinished box found on so many center consoles. A removable panel offers wide-open access to the back of the dash panel.
Endless Options
From optional helm seating and dash configurations to custom paint and powder coating to outriggers and livewells, you can build a 350 Open to perfectly suit your needs and style.
Convertible Bow Lounger
Replace standard wraparound bow seating with our exclusive lounge/sunpad option. In the lowered position, this arrangement converts the entire forward bow into a luxurious padded playpen with sculpted, elevated headrests. Or, lift each of the two separate lounger backrests to the angle of your choice for optimum comfort.
Dash Layout Options
Choose between our popular Command Center dash (left) with port- or center-mounted steering and a single large electronics panel that can accommodate displays up to 24”, or our three-face Sport Tube dash (right) with center steering and center-mounted GPS speedometer.
Helm Seating Choices
A three-across helm cooler seat is standard on the 350 Open, but most owners opt to add a deluxe rear-facing lounge seat (left) or replace the bench with two-across helm bolster seats (right). A livewell can also be integrated into the helm seating module.
Port and Starboard Swim Platforms
The 350 Open’s unique transom configuration makes water access easy, but for even more room many owners choose to spec a pair of color-matched port and starboard swim platforms, each with its own stowaway three-step ladder.
Unobstructed "Walking Transom"
The space between the cockpit and the engines is an afterthought on most boats, with large transom splashwells leaving little room for safe passage. This can make boarding from the stern, landing a fish, or just tying up to the dock more difficult. Statement's innovative "Walking Transom" provides a wide, flat, obstruction free path across the entire stern, making great use of what is often just wasted space on other boats.
